We may collect information about you if you supply us with your personal details which could include (but is not limited to) completing a ADTREX Ltd enquiry form, making a booking with ADTREX Ltd via WeTravel booking software, email or information provided by a client school/organisation. Your data will be used to enable us to manage your booking with you.

We may also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback, agree to take part in case studies or participate in any online competitions. Information provided in these instances may be covered by separate agreements where applicable.

(I.e. 7 years for adults, until a young person reaches the age of 25, or for 99 years in the case of Looked After Children). Any original paper documents will be destroyed at the end of a course or booking.
